No Place Like Home: Introduction

on

12 million people.
Thats quite a lot in anyone’s book, and its the number of users that have visited Sony’s free PlayStation Home service on PS3.

Home is a persistent online world where players can create a personal living space online, and venture out and interact with millions of other players, in playing games, watching videos, listening to music or simply socialising. Imagine an chatroom that you can walk around in beautiful 3D graphics and your almost there!

Within Home, are a growing number of areas to visit. From Arenas showcasing events, Locations from games to shopping and leisure areas. Each has exciting features and this is why I am here. I’m going to be part games reviewer and part David Attenborough. I’ll be chatting to the people in Home and seeing what they think of it. Also, using my in-game camera, I’ll catch pictures of the inhabitants “in the wild”!

Maybe you have never been to Home on your PlayStation 3, maybe you haven’t visited in a long while and maybe your up till 3am partying in the Ratchet and Clank section every night.  Whoever you are, Home has something for you, and I’m gonna show you. A Different area reviewed, each and every week!

You can still play XI. Not quite the same as playing it when it was actually going on, but you can still check out the games and stuff.

Was XI good? as I did hear good things about it but never really played home back then.

And these reviews on different areas seems cool 😀

You had to really be with it the whole way for it to take hold.
